💥SSC North America (formerly Shelby SuperCars Inc.) is an American automobile manufacturer founded in 1998 by owner Jerod Shelby (no relation to car designer Carroll Shelby). SSC began working on the development of the successor of the SSC Ultimate Aero in 2011. Top Speed one-way run of 330 mph / 531.084 kmph

🔥Initially powered by a 6.9-liter twin-turbocharged flat-plane-crank v8 engine, the capacity of the engine was later reduced to 5.9 L (360.8 cu in) in order to allow the engine to have a higher redline of 8,800 rpm.[1] SSC had stated that the power output would be rated at 1,350 hp (1,000 kW) or 1,750 hp (1,300 kW) on E85 fuel, With an average SSC Tuatara managed a one-way run of 330 mph and two-way speed of 282.9 mph over 2.3 miles, SSC broke the standing record of 278mph.

🚘The Tuatara is produced at a purpose-built facility in Richland, Washington, and production is limited to 100 cars.
